Today I was on Lorna Milton’s Afternoon Show on BBC Three Counties radio, being the “expert” in her Expert Hour (although, as I always say, I’m not the expert, just a Mum who has collected all the best bits that a lot of other Mums and Dads do!). We had some fantastic callers, and I hope I was able to suggest some useful “Sneaky Parenting” tips to them.
It was my first experience of doing live radio, but Lorna was a very reassuring presence. She also gave out this website’s address, so if you’re coming here having heard the show, welcome!
I’m hoping to be back on the show sometime soon, and will post here to let you know when. It was fascinating to be in the studio - all those huge microphones and earphones make you feel like Frasier! – and I can’t wait to be back.
